Why did you choose to join a digital agency? I’m a strong believer that we all have something special and unique to contribute to this world. By joining a digital agency, you become a part of something greater alongside different and at the same time like-minded people to make an impact. You can use that something special and unique to provide digital solutions to this ever-changing world. How awesome is that?

It’s an agency that is centered around culture and truly cares about people, whether it’s their own or those who benefit from their work. It’s an agency where everyone has a say and you can be unapologetically yourself. Everyone at Gallardo Labs has a superpower and together we can make just about anything happen.

Accomplishment you’re most proud of and why? Implementing processes and flows to specific teams and the agency as a whole to optimize our efforts as well as introducing new, exciting initiatives to offer our clients. I see everything in the eyes of a “user” and as a project manager, that means not only the client but my team as well. I want to make the end-to-end project experience as seamless as possible.

Angie is an ambitious and passionate human whose innate curiosity and empathy have naturally led her to the design world. Her experience in the Insurance, Health Care, Aviation, Higher Education, and Entertainment industries as a product owner and manager, project manager, UX designer, speaker, and facilitator has provided her with both the hard and soft skills to manage and deliver successful projects for a seamless user experience that aligns with business goals.

Things that make her smile: tennis, yoga, books, podcasting, her dog, food, and… a happy client, of course.
